NC Governor Bev Perdue Committed Perjury & NC Judge Orlando Hudson Certified FRAUDULENT Documents

The document below was handwritten on October 24, 2012 during Spencer C Young’s UNLAWFUL incarceration and uploaded by a friend.  It reads as follows:

"Governor Bev Perdue has committed perjury which states Spencer C. Young was bodily present in North Carolina on June 24, 2012, committed extortion and then fled the state.  She’s been provided evidence to prove these are ALL BOLDFACE LIES. This makes her criminally complicit in the felonies of corrupt [Durham County] judge David Q LaBarre, as my unlawful extradition is solely intended to cover-up this wrongdoing.

This document is followed by the actual Requisition Demand containing Governor Perdue's perjured statement, as well as Durham County Superior Court Judge Orlando F. Hudson's Certification of the FRAUDULENT Extradition documents. This corruption-laden effort was coordinated by Durham District Attorney Leon Stanback, a long-time friend and Superior Court colleague of BOTH LaBarre and Hudson.

The below letter was written during the UNLAWFUL CAPTIVITY of Spencer C. Young just prior to his FRAUDULENT EXTRADITION from Florida to North Carolina.  It was scanned and emailed to Florida Governor Rick Scott and North Carolina Governor Bev Perdue by the Private Investigator Mr. Young had hired.  Governor Perdue knowingly committed perjury in her patently FRAUDULENT Extradition Request in saying Mr. Young was in North Carolina when the entirely FABRICATED charge (which was later dismissed as meritless) was said to be perpetrated.  In other words . . .

NC Gov.Perdue KNOWINGLY LIED & 

FL Gov. Scott endorsed what he KNEW to be a LIE! 

These are CRIMINAL ACTS by public officials who each took oaths to uphold and defend the US Constitution, and DELIBERATELY did the opposite.

The questions posed say it all: "Seriously, what is wrong with you people?  How is it remotely possible that you could allow an innocent U.S. citizen be arrested to cover-up the criminal wrongdoings of a wayward North Carolina judge, David Q. LaBarre.  He finished it with . . . "Stop this absurd extradition and grant me my rightful freedom !"

Evidencing kakistocracy at its essence, this communique and the numerous others were simply ignored, evidencing CRIMINAL complicity in the cover up of the multiple felonies of a corrupt North Carolina judge (David. Q. LaBarre) and his girlfriend (Leah R. Krier), and participation in civil rights violations in Durham DA Leon Stanback's CORRUPT  orchestration of Mr. Young's BOGUS ARREST and UNLAWFUL INCARCERATION.

Conclusion:  Governors Rick Scott and Bev Perdue are just as much CRIMINALS, as Messrs. LaBarre and Stanback and Ms. Krier.

Leah R. Krier & Judge David Q. LaBarre At A Dinner Together Just Weeks Prior To Their Engaging In FIVE Separate Episodes of Grand Larceny, Fraudulent Conversion And Automobile Theft Over A Six Month Period in 2011.

Here are some important reasons why the contemplated criminal prosecutions should proceed:

1. Prior Complaints Filed - Spencer C. Young filed numerous prior criminal complaints against Durham County North Carolina Judge David Q. LaBarre and Leah R. Krier from the period of May 2011 through August 2011.  Click here for details.
2. Indictment Filed - The detailed 30-page criminal complaint dated July 2, 2012 (plus hyperlinks to additional evidence) revealed FIVE separate episodes of grand larceny, fraudulent conversion and automobile theft.  Click here to access.
3. Widespread Distribution - The "Indictment Filed" was distributed to a large group, including the: (a) Durham Police Department; (b) U.S. Dept. of Justice; (c) Durham County Sheriff; (d) Durham County District Attorney; (e) FBI; (f) North Carolina Attorney General; and (g) Governor of North Carolina.
4. Retaliation & Cover-Up - Mr. Young's unlawful arrest and incarceration was an attempt to cover-up the extensive criminal activities of LaBarre, Krier and others.

In addition to investigating and prosecuting these filed criminal complaints, the inexplicable delays in doing so need to be addressed, and may very well result in additional prosecutions.
